SCENARIO 1 The
first scenario depicts the area we have named 'Jewell Station Neigbourhood'
in its existing state. The neighbourhood falls within a heritage zone
that features Victorian small workers’ cottages and retail businesses
in two storey terraces as well as light industry stretched between a railway
station and the very busy Sydney Road. It is a diverse urban landscape
with richly varied architecture that has been identified for its potential
for future residential and commercial development. |
