The aim of the C-S3 group is to improve community participation in urban and regional planning and development. C-S3 Projects focus on developing visual planning tools to trial and apply in community settings. We are assessing the potential of these tools as vehicles for communities to explore development options and to enhance discussion and decision making over scenarios involving complex planning trade-offs.
